We never get tired of riding in Marvão region. Why getting tired of appreciating sublime landscapes, discovering fantastic tracks and to top it off, go home with batteries fully recharged at the expense of a genuine Portuguese hospitality? ... The Alentejo is a region of a unique beauty, and the bordering with Beira Interior presents a less monotonous relief than most areas in the south, which makes it a real paradise for mountain biking. The variety of trails and paths is immense ... Jun'12
The challenge exceeded expectations, even if the weather conditions had resolved not to cooperate ... Among the BEAUTIFUL autumn foliage of Alto Alentejo, we had the opportunity to discover quite different floors, respectful climbs on Roman road and down some tracks that aren’t recommended to "boys". Marvão, An unknown paradise. Castles that are imposed in the landscapes, walkways traversing mountains and lost valleys, lush green fields in the spring. Marvão is this and much more ... after a nice single along the river, we resumed up and down the inevitable peble roads. Our guide was relentless to bring us the best trailsas we had to postpone lunch to enjoy everything there was to show. We only made 40km but of great technical and physical toughness that made it worth every meter of land, asphalt and stone. Mai’15

Just when you leave your country and share their favorite sport with people who do not share neither language nor culture, it is when you realize how big is the universal language of sport. Share experiences on the bike with people who you do not know and with whom you probably will not see again in your life, and be able to overcome challenges together helping each other with gestures of encouragement and courage, makes you feel a little more human. I take this opportunity to thank my fellow Portuguese guide the treatment and all signs of love and affection that we got, me as weel as my colleague Jorge. Dez’13
